Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia described the gunman as an 18-year-old white boy from “hours away,” not the Buffalo region.
Gendron is suspected of writing a manifesto, which was publicized before the shooting, mostly about mass immigration and pushing a far-right conspiracy theory claiming white Westerners are being subjected to genocide due to declining white birth rates.
