KULIM – Primus LKS Development Sdn. Bhd. It has launched a new real estate project known as Jazz Park with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around RM1.2 billion, making it an exclusive city development in the region.
Primus Group Managing Director, Datuk Razman Mohd. Noor said the mixed project including housing, commercial buildings, commercial buildings and a specialized hospital was developed in a 28-hectare area near Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP).
He said his party has a vision to contribute to Klem’s elevation as a modern and contemporary city.
Speaking at the inauguration and launch of Jazz Park here today, he said, “The Jazz Park is strategically located in the main town of Colim and in close proximity to many higher education institutions, government departments and industrial areas.”
The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Industry and Investment Committee in Kedah Datuk, Dr. Ko Abd. Rahman Ko Ismail.
The mega project is divided into eight phases, the first phase includes a chain of famous food restaurants which is expected to be completed by the end of this year followed by the development of 360 housing units at a price of approximately RM260,000 per unit. Which is scheduled to be completed within three years.
According to him, the company also provides affordable housing scheme on the development site consisting of safety, muffler and rickety types.
“We are confident that Jazz Park has the potential to be a catalyst for all sub-sectors of the economy in Kedah State as it is expected to be able to generate consistent activity in the commercial, retail, industrial, housing and hospitality markets,” he said.
Apart from that, he added, Jazz Park has the potential to be a prime location for many future developments in addition to providing a golden opportunity for local and foreign investors to invest and own real estate in an exclusive township area.
Meanwhile, he said that his party also organized the two-day Sitarasa Irama Music Festival starting today with the presence of famous singer and composer Datuk M. Nasser in conjunction with the launch of the project.
Meanwhile, Ko Abd said. Abdul Rahman said, the project gives a new image and breath to the development in Kaleem as it is able to attract more first-time home buyers as well as among investors, expats and high-tech workers at KHTP.
