Aaron Rodgers is walking back to his mysterious post-match interview.
Rodgers received more attention than he already did after Sunday’s wins over Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when he appeared to say he saw some of the information revealed via the jumbotron. The Packers quarterback was spotted engaging with head coach Matt LaFleur during the Bucs final drive. When asked about his apparent involvement with a string of games for the Packers defence, Rodgers attempted to play coy.

“Sometimes you see things in games,” he said. “Sometimes Jumbotron shows things they probably shouldn’t, even at home. I saw something and just passed on the information.”

I don’t know if this is what Rodgers was referring to, but at one point I looked up and saw Brady in the crowd being featured on the Jumbotron.
Again, just my observation, but Rodgers could have lip-read or saw something there to say. pic.twitter.com/7YAw4vmihL

Rodgers’ post-match comments led to speculation that the team’s tablet could have been accidentally displayed on the screen. Others think Rodgers caught some of the game’s calls by potentially lip-reading.
Speaking on “The Pat McAfee Show” this week, Rodgers tried to clarify the timeline.
“Four or five games, somewhere, that’s long before a two-point conversion – I did see something in the Jumbotron that I … dropped and passed to Matt,” said Rodgers. “I wouldn’t go into what I saw, or if it even had a real impact on the game. I think it’s a bit unimportant. ”
He continued:
“It has nothing to do with a two-point conversation. There’s no image like, you know, Microsoft Surface or anything in there. That would be very funny. … You still have to go out there and run the game, and in our case stop them, but that has nothing to do with a two-point conversion.”
Quite confusing.
Rodgers lives for attention.
