Partaiku.id – PDI-P DPP chairman Said Abdullah emphasized that President Jokowi is not the type of person who is crazy about power. According to Said, Jokowi is not that low so he wants to be a vice presidential candidate (cawapres) in the upcoming presidential election.
“In my opinion, Pak Jokowi is not that low. He has dignity, he has a legacy, and he is not a power-crazy person,” said Said at the DPR Building, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (27/9).
Said assessed that Jokowi’s discourse to run as vice presidential candidate for 2024 was impossible. Said said Jokowi does not need to be tired of responding to this impossible issue.
“The President’s legacy in 2024 will always be remembered by the public. His time was such that suddenly he was pulled to become the Vice President, yes it is impossible and it does not make sense,” said the Banggar Head of the DPR.
The PDI-P politician then explained about the frown on Puan Maharani’s face when distributing t-shirts to residents which went viral on social media. He said that Puan was not angry with the community.
But his anger was directed at his personal bodyguard who held a t-shirt to distribute to the public, because that was not his main job.
