ALL, iNews.id – BEG (27), the man who peddled seven young girls as commercial sex workers (PSK) turned out to be a pimp for two years. This was revealed by the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Lahat Police, Ipda Rachmat Djakatara.
“There are at least seven sex workers, some of whom are still teenagers. This perpetrator has been running his business for two years as a pimp,” said Ipda Rachmat, Wednesday (28/9/2022).
When running this illegal business, BEG only had cellphones to sell women.
He said the perpetrator was arrested at a jasmine-class hotel on Jalan Mayor Ruslan III, Pasar Lama Village, Lahat City.
The arrest of BEG began with information from the public who said that there would be a transaction from a young woman to a nose man at the hotel.
“This perpetrator deliberately took advantage of the existence of a jasmine-class hotel as a transaction location as well as a place for execution,” he said.
