Lee Sung Kyung recently did a photo shoot and interview with Elle Korea. On that occasion, Sung Kyung shared many things, including the differences between acting and modeling for her.
Lee Sung Kyung is a very different person when he is acting and when he is working as a model. In response, Sung Kyung replied, “When I act, I focus on the world of different people. Even when I’m at home, I create an environment where I can focus and think non-stop about the entire history of the character I want to play. I had to get used to being comfortable on set. Maybe that’s Lee Sung Kyung’s total freedom.”
He added, “As for photoshoots, photoshoots are like a playground. Because it feels like showing who I am as a person. These two fields fill me in different ways.”
The most touching role
When asked which character touched him the most, Lee Sung Kyung replied, “I can’t tell you in detail, but the role of Shim Woo Joo from my upcoming romantic drama ‘Tell Me It’s Love’ is the most touching so far. Since he’s the character I’m playing now, my heart must be drawn [kepadanya]. Of all the characters I’ve played, he’s the one who smiles the least. I think I’ll be able to feature new characters that I haven’t shown yet.”
Dr Romantic Season 3
Last month, it was confirmed that “Dr. Romantic” will return with a third season. The third season will be played by Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, and Lee Sung Kyung who will continue their roles. Regarding this, Lee Sung Kyung commented, “To my knowledge, realistically it is very difficult to continue a drama for seasons, but because of the enthusiasm of each cast in this drama, finally the drama will be continued for a third season. That’s because our affection for this project is immense. Since many viewers are already waiting, I plan to prepare diligently to show a good image in this drama.”
