Hundreds of Students with Achievements in Bireuen Participate in Scholarship Selection

SERAMBINEWS.COM, BIREUÉN – Around 422 students who excel in memorizing the Qur’an from various Islamic boarding schools/dayahs who have registered as prospective scholarship recipients, the Bireuen Regency Government through the Dayah Education Office, Tuesday (10/4/2022) participated in the selection in Bireuen. Dayah District Education Office.

Serambinews.com noted that students from various Islamic boarding schools/dayah in Bireuen came to the service starting at 08.00 WIB, male and female students were separated and accompanied by a dayah teacher.

The selection committee collects data one by one according to the list that was made during the administrative selection.

After the data collection, the committee called one by one to take part in the selection of memorizing the Qur’an up to their respective levels.

There are several rooms where the selection is carried out by the MPU jury, IPQAH Bireuen and the service itself.

The Head of the Bireuen Regency Dayah Education Office told Serambinews.com that the students as participants in the selection on October 4-6 there were seven categories, namely the category of memorizing 1 juz Juz Amma, memorizing category 1 juz alif lam mim.

Then he memorized 3 juz, 5 juz, 10 juz, 20 juz and 30 juz with 422 followers, while the quota for colleagues was 404 people. The selection carried out was a test of the ability to memorize the Koran for prospective scholarship recipients which was held in five rooms in Jakarta
office environment.

The participants who will receive the scholarship will be based on the results of the selection by the jury and will get the best score after ranking the selection results.

This Outstanding Student Scholarship is declared as assistance from the Bireuen Regency Government through the Dayah Education Office post as an Outstanding Student Scholarship. The allocated source of funds is aimed at improving the quality of students with a special allocation for Aceh (Doka) Hafidh, Bireuen Regency of more than IDR 422 million.
