3. Close programs that are still running in the background if the Tencent Gaming Buddy App Market cannot be opened
Tencent Gaming Buddy App Market usually cannot be opened if it is still running (stuck) in the background. When something goes wrong we usually close it. The error program is actually still running.
In order for the application to open normally, this background running process must be stopped first. You can do this via Task Manager. > Find a program called Tencent Gaming Buddy (32 bit) > End Task.

After we stop the process that is still in the background, the App Market program usually won’t make any more errors.
4. Make sure the storage drive is full
Drive C or another drive where we installed the full Tencent Gaming Buddy emulator might be the cause of the inability to install new applications from the App Market.
First, check your laptop’s memory so that the empty capacity is not too small so it can’t be filled with new applications. This could be the reason why the App Market error occurs and the app cannot be installed.
5. Reinstall Tencent Gaming Buddy
The last thing you can do if none of the methods above work is to uninstall the Tencent Gaming Buddy app on your laptop or PC and then install a new one.
In my experience, this error often occurs in the Tencent emulator every time an upgrade is made through the App Market. From this experience, I never upgrade via app again. If there is a new version upgrade I will remove the emulator from the PC and then download a new one (reinstall it). This method has proven to be more effective and has fewer errors.
