Putri Candrawathi’s attorney, Febri Diansyah, asked all parties not to build assumptions in the murder case of Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. Putri is now a defendant in the murder case of Brigadier J.
“We urge Kamaruddin’s colleagues to pay attention to the objective facts in this case and not to build new assumptions. We also don’t want hoax information during the trial process,” Febri said in a written statement, October 23, 2022.
Febri said that his party had disclosed a number of evidences on the 7 July 2022 incident in Magelang. The evidence includes the Minutes of Examination (BAP) of Putri Candrawati which was signed on August 26, 2022, then the results of the forensic psychology examination on September 6, 2022, and expert statements contained in the BAP of psychologists on September 9, 2022.
In the BAP, Ferdy Sambo’s wife stated that there had been sexual violence and acute trauma to her. Then, circumstantial evidence that proves Putri was found helpless in front of the bathroom on the second floor of the Magelang house by Strong Ma’ruf and Susi.
Febri’s statement is a rebuttal to Joshua’s family attorney, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, who said Putri was the mastermind of the real murder on October 17, 2022 on the YouTube TV One channel,
Kamaruddin mentions Putri’s role in the premeditated murder case against Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. “Putri participated in planning the murder, preparing the money, there is a clear role in preparing the money and planning the murder,” Kamaruddin said in Jakarta.
He said it was appropriate if Putri Candrawati was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, which carries a maximum penalty of death or life imprisonment.
The trial of the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J and the obstruction of justice case with the defendant Ferdy Sambo Cs was held again this week.
The South Jakarta District Court or South Jakarta District Court said this week’s trial would be scheduled to take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 with the defendant Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E.
“The agenda for the trial is to examine 12 witnesses,” said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Djuyamto.
