It is known that the match week 11 of Liga 1 2022/2023 occurred in the East Java Derby which brought together Arema FC and Persebaya Surabaya, ending with a score of 2-3, Saturday (1/10/2022) night WIB at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang.
Arema FC’s two goals were scored by Abel Camará 42′, 45+1′ while the goals for the visitors Persebaya were scored by SRP Júnior 8′, Leo Lelis 32′ and S. Yamamoto 51.
The defeat of the host Arema FC in the Derby match made Arema (Aremania) supporters take to the field as soon as the match was over.
As soon as the referee blew the long whistle, Aremania flocked to the field because they could not accept their favorite team losing. They caused chaos in the stadium so that the atmosphere was not conducive.
