Claude Cheves, policeman killed in fatal two-vehicle crash in Saint Landry Parish – dies

Claude Cheves death – car accident: Landry Parish, La., ~ Louisiana State Police Department officers have acknowledged the elderly male victim who was killed in a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of LA Hwy 754 and Jessie Richard Road in St. Friday, July 1, 2022, as 72-year-old Claude Chaves from Church Point.

Police research according to The Troopers assigned to the Louisiana State Police Force I shows that around 9:00 a.m., on Friday morning, soldiers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of LA Hwy 754 and Jessie Richard Road. Initial investigation revealed {{that a}} 2002 GMC Sierra, pushed by 47-year-old Willis J. Curley, was cruising south on Jesse Richard Road.

Meanwhile, a 1991 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Chevis, was cruising east on LA Hwy 754. Curley did not bow at the stop sign, entered the intersection, and was hit by a Chevrolet on the passenger side as he attempted to cross the intersection. Chavis, who was meticulously restrained, had fatal accidents and was declared lifeless at the scene. Curley was finely tuned and had cheap crashes.

Toxicological samples were obtained from Curley and Chevis and submitted for analysis. This incident remains under investigation with The Troopers assigned to the Louisiana State Police Force. First forces investigated 21 fatal accidents that resulted in 24 deaths in 2022.
