FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Former KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah revealed one important condition before agreeing to defend Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi. This requirement is an objective legal process.
Febri conveyed this important requirement on objective legal matters to Ferdy Sambo at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters and also to Putri Candrawati before agreeing to become his second legal adviser.
According to Febri, this objective legal assistance had been confirmed before Putri Candrawati signed the power of attorney.
“Before Ibu Putri signed the power of attorney, I also clearly stated that the legal assistance that will be carried out with the team is objective legal assistance,” said Febri Diansyah in the Menteng area, Wednesday (28/9).
In addition to objective legal matters, this legal assistance is also not blind, does not blame the right and does not justify the wrong.
In addition, Febri said that he had conveyed the same thing when he met with Ferdy Sambo at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters.
Febri said Ferdy Sambo accepted and was ready to take responsibility in an objective legal process.
“Me and Rasamala have also met directly with Pak Ferdy Sambo during a visit to detention at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters with a team of lawyers,” he said.
“During the meeting, it was also conveyed that we were willing to provide legal assistance objectively,” said Febri again.
Febri Diansyah Asked to Resign
Previously, two former KPK employees, Febri Diansyah and Rasamala Aritonang, were asked to resign from the team of lawyers, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi, by the former head of the KPK Employee Forum, Yudi Purnomo Harahap.
