Around 5 a.m. on October 25, 2022, Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 3200 block of Vernon Ave.
They then discovered that 48-year-old Clarence Howard had been shot to death and was lying on the ground near an apartment.

Crimestoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information called into Crimestoppers that results in an arrest and indictment in this incident.
