Let’s meet 16-year-old basketball player Olivier Rioux, 7-foot-6, who is also recognized as the world’s tallest teenager by the Guinness Book of World Records.
The Canadian completed his first year at the IMG Academy and he easily commands attention in any room he walks into.
Check him out standing next to a full-sized human being, who is Chicago Bulls play-by-play announcer Chuck Swirsky.
Swirsky told a commenter that he is 5’9″, the average height for men in the United States.
Rioux was 5-2 in kindergarten. His father Jean-Francois is 6-8, his mother Anne is 6-2.
Tacko Fall is currently playing ball in China, so he’s already taller than any current NBA player.
While playing for Team Canada at the U17 World Cup in Spain, he averaged just 2.7 points and 4.7 rebounds.
